“Time flies and never comes back” is what we all have heard multiple times, do most of out your life when you can etc, but what does that mean? There is a way to hack the so called time and make it go slower.

Who am i ? I am a teenager from pakistan who loves to read and has decided to help you people with some things. I’m sure you’ll find this site amazing I mean who doesn’t want to live longer and happier. I created a new site and this is my first blog I thought what would be the most important topic, I asked around for ideas and got responds like who has the time for sports , or who has the time to read blogs etc. So I thought why not do something about it and here we are.
How did i master time travel? keep reading and you’ll find out why I am the perfectly man for this job.

No, there’s no potion that can make you a vampire or immortal. However the key lies in your own brain. Our brain is a complex organ it is not merely just your intelligence machine or just your thinking ability it is who you are. It is your whole life past and upcoming. All your memories good and bad are stored in a part of your brain.

You must be wondering why I am giving you a lecture on brains when you just want to live longer well that’s the only way to. Lets get to the point your brain fools you into having a shorter life. No I’m not crazy ,here is how: our brains have programmed us into fixed routines like a normal man with a normal job wakes up eats breakfast goes to work he’s been doing the same for what 10 years 20 years and when he looks back at his 20 year job life he thinks that man time does fly.

Well the key to living longer or slowing down time is to fool your brain not get fooled by it. If you look into your past you’ll find that the happy memories are way longer than the sad ones. you remember 20 year old best moments of you life rather than a month old unhappy time. People think that their 20 year job life has past in month’s time well that is because you’ve been doing the same thing for the last 20 years. Your brain will not show you each memory when you look back for example that you woke up ate breakfast last year January 1 and then the next day you did it again and again and again. How ever if for example you work a different job each year your brain will think like man I did that and then that and that I’ve lived long enough.

Access the memory part of the brain just take a look back at your life what have you enjoyed most. For most people it is the college or highschool time around 18s because that is when your life is changing constantly you go to highschool for two year then you start looking for college you try to get in etc ,you play sports most you do not have fixed routines at that age.

That is how I discovered this secret to controlling time. People around me were like last 10 years flew past us in one month and I’m here thinking my highschool has been going on for the past 30 years and still not ended. I wondered why is that, that is because my life has been constantly changing, I started playing basketball i went to tournaments ,I lost , I won , I’ve had uncountable number of exams , read unaccountable number of books , the list goes on.

When I wrote earlier about changing jobs you would be thinking we can not just switch jobs its not that easy but that was just an example , did I change my highschool even once , no these small changes count just as much. I never had a fixed routine: some day I would study, the next day, I would go out ,depended on my mood not by some autopilot function set by my brain to like play at 5 pm study at 7 pm etc.

You can do a number of changes like for instance you should start taking a run before breakfast ,if you already do you can change your route etc.

You can start taking a different route to your job.

You can sell your car and buy some other car.

You should try to keep making little changes in your life once in a while. You will probably feel like me. I think I’ve already lived long enough and I’m 18 only.

Another cool tip is to meet new people hear stories of other people’s life, interact with co-workers fellow students etc.

Do whatever you can to make your brain remember every month of your life so later on when you look back you’ll have a life that you spent not a day.

Call this a lifestyle blog but I had to give you this tip believe me this is not just some health advice I am no physcologist myself. I’m just a kid who has a happy life. Try this out and your life will feel longer and time will slow down.
